Support Access using TeamViewer

To support you efficiently, we need remote access to your endpoint like a PC. This access is managed using TeamViewer.

Click on the TeamViewer link and follow the instructions. After installation, a new window will appear, where a ID and a password is displayed. Your supporting contact will need this information in order to connect with with PC.

Remote Access using NetExtender

You’d like to access your business PC using your own Windows-PC and control it remotely. This can be done with NetExtender, which needs to be installed on your own Windows-PC. Click on the NetExtender link and follow the instructions. After successful installation, you will need to enter connection information. This information will be provided by the Aquila IT Held-Desk upon request.
