Aquila AG positions itself as an all-in-one solution. Due to the regulatory group supervision concept, you receive services ranging from the areas of Legal, Compliance & Risk, Fiduciary & Accounting, HR & Administration to IT & Applications as a package. Investment services and succession planning can be obtained as an additional service and are also available for independent asset managers outside the Aquila network.

Legal, Compliance & Risk

We offer comprehensive services in Legal, Compliance & Risk. Legal support begins with the establishment of your company structure and extends to clarifying legal questions that arise during ongoing business operations – including support in liaising with authorities, public offices and auditors.

In matters of compliance, our LCR team acts as the internal anti-money laundering specialist unit for the partner companies and serves as the point of contact for all compliance concerns.

Fiduciary & Accounting

In Fiduciary & Accounting, we manage our partners' accounting and related reporting (tax returns, VAT statements, and more). Each of our partner is assigned a dedicated contact person who provides support and coordinates their needs.

HR & Administration

We provide advisory services for new hires as well as for other employment contract-related matters. This includes drafting employment contracts, making necessary contractual adjustments throughout the employment relationship, assisting with setting up social insurance, and managing payroll. We also handle the administrative support for Board of Directors and general meeting processes, including minute-taking.

IT & Applications

Our IT & Applications team ensures that our partner companies always use the latest IT solutions available on the market. The digital workplace is equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software, offering the latest security standards and maximum flexibility in day-to-day operations. All partner companies also have access to a modern CRM/PMS tool.

Our support team is available to our partners as a central point of contact for any questions or issues.

Investments

Our investment management team is the center of expertise for all investment-related matters. From personalized asset management solutions and in-depth market analyses to structured products – we have the expertise and experience to support you with tailor-made recommendations.

In addition, there is the possibility of delegating the portfolio management to our team. Our investment expertise can be leveraged within the framework of a joint investment committee. Our team has extensive experience in this area and already successfully manages mandates for partner companies, institutional clients, and renowned third-party partners.
